Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of John Etta Family Capital PLC services and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals who:

Are at least 18 years of age
Provide valid identification documents
Complete KYC verification successfully
Agree to abide by cooperative principles

3. Investment Products

JFC Shares

Minimum investment: 1,600,000 XAF per share
Shares are subject to availability and board approval
Dividends are declared annually based on performance
Shares may be used as collateral after 12 months

JEGWEP JANGI

Weekly contributions must be made on time
Defaulting members may be excluded from benefits
Cohorts are limited to 50 slots maximum
Rotational loans follow a predetermined schedule

JFC PRO

Minimum daily savings: 1,000 XAF
5-year lock-in period applies
Early withdrawal may incur penalties
10% annual interest is subject to review

4. Profit Sharing

Profit distributions are made annually based on audited financial statements. The board reserves the right to adjust distribution ratios based on operational requirements.

5. Loan Services

Loans secured by JFC investments are subject to:

Credit approval by JANGICCUL
Interest rates as per prevailing policies
Collateral valuation at current market rates
Timely repayment to avoid forfeiture

6. Fees and Charges

Administrative fees may apply for:

Account maintenance
Loan processing
Early withdrawals
Document issuance

7. Termination

Members may terminate their relationship with JFC by providing 30 days written notice. Exit processing may take up to 90 days to complete all financial settlements.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be addressed through internal arbitration. Unresolved matters may proceed to mediation or legal action in Cameroonian courts.

9. Amendments

JFC reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice to members. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of amendments.
